Who will catch the ball at Oklahoma this season?

The Oklahoma Sooners are going to begin the season expecting to make it back to the national title game, and they'll have a good chance.

Heisman winner Sam Bradford is back, running back DeMarco Murray is back, as are many key parts of its defense: Gerald McCoy, Auston English, Travis Lewis, etc.

Who aren't back are Juaquin Iglesias and Manuel Johnson -- two of Sam Bradford's top targets.

Iglesias was the team's leading pass catcher with 74 grabs for 1,150 yards and 10 TDs. Johnson was good for 42 catches for 417 yards and 9 TDs -- that's a lot of production.

Adron TennellSo who will Bradford look to this fall?

Well, every Sooner fan knows how important it was for the team when tight end Jermaine Gresham announced his return for 2009. Gresham had 66 catches, 950 yards and 14 receiving touchdowns. At 6'6, 260-pounds he's one of the top tight ends in the country -- if not the best.

But when he can't get open, Bradford has a few more targets.

Ryan Broyles was productive many games last year, catching at least 4 passes in seven games. He had 46 catches for 687 yards and 6 touchdowns. It's safe to say he's seasoned.

But the guy who made waves this spring was Adron Tennell, pictured. Tennell caught a touchdown pass in the spring game and many reports praised Tennell for his efforts throughout spring. At 6'4, he and Greshman give Oklahoma two giant targets.

Look for junior Brandon Caleb to factor in the offense as well.

With so much returning talent, and a lot of promise at wide receiver, don't expect Oklahoma's offense to miss a big beat.
