Updates all around. We are back home. Its nice to be home but quiet because we can't pick up the animals until tomorrow. I'm ready to see them tonight because I miss their craziness but all in good time.
My mom will hopefully be going into rehab tomorrow provided there is a bed available. She's up and moving mostly, but will be in a wheel chair for a while until her strength is fully back. She's apparently lost a lot of strength from her 4 days on the respirator and the two days before she was really moving around again.
Chris' stepbrother went into the hospital Friday due to shortness of breath and numbness in his arm. Apparently he has a defective aortic valve and it needs to be replaced. This is most likely genetic because his mother has incredible bad luck with genetic type illnesses including heart/cardiovascular I think. She's sick 85% of the time as far as I can tell and in pain almost 100% of the time. He is going to see the surgeon about the replacement on Tuesday and they will most likely be doing the surgery in two to three weeks. I'm not sure that he is out of the hospital and resting at home yet or not, but he's been sending Chris text messages with crazy jokes so I would say boredom/cabin fever has set in already. He's in good spirits which is always a plus.
So that's what's up. I'm ready for bed now. I'll show some more cool images of Santa Fe tomorrow. (Also since I'll be getting a dog fix so I'll try and give you guys one too.)
