Job Description: Yoh Telecom has a contract opening for a Circuit Design/Provisioning Engineer in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities: Translate provisioning request into Granite circuit design. Design and inventory all circuit types (T1, DS3, OCX, trunking) in Granite database. Issue CTS (work order) Tickets to operations in order to test and turn-up circuits. Assist operations and LEC with circuit design issues for the decomm of the Houston Fairhill Switch. Participate in project team meetings and provide project status. Job Requirements: Three (3) years or more of wireless network/transport/provisioning engineering experience. Able to design circuits in Granite engineering database. TDM and ATM knowledge. Ability to translate provisioning request into Granite design. Excellent communications and teaming skills. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience with the following: Central Office Equipment GSM/GPRS IBM PC T1 Lines T3 Lines
